Liz – Master Stylist
With over 30 years of experience, Liz is a master stylist known for her precision, creativity, and personalized approach. She founded and led two successful salons in Cascais, represented the World Hairdressing Congress, and served as Wella Portugal’s Studio Manager. Internationally trained across London, Paris, Switzerland, and Italy, Liz brings world-class expertise and warm professionalism to every client at Innovation Hair & Beauty.
Simon – Master Cutter & Artistic Director
With 40 years of experience, Simon is a master hair cutter known for precision, creativity, and timeless technique. His career spans TONI&GUY London, Artistic Director roles in education and salons, and 12 years as Creative Director in Stockholm. Now based in Lisbon, he brings world-class craft and calm expertise to Innovation Hair & Beauty.
Ana – Senior Colour Specialist
With international experience from New York, London, Stockholm, and Lisbon, Ana is a senior colour specialist known for her mastery in balayage, highlighting, and advanced colour techniques. A former TONI&GUY academy technician and L’Oréal-certified colour expert, she brings precision, creativity, and global expertise to every client at Innovation Hair & Beauty.
Dener Victol – Female Hair Specialist
With over 10 years of experience, Dener is known for his modern, creative approach to female hair styling. Trained across Lisbon’s top salons, including Toni&Guy, he brings precision, artistry, and a personalised touch to every look. Born in Brazil and raised in Lisbon, Dener blends passion and technique to deliver confident, beautifully tailored results for each client.
